Are you interested in creating your little one or family members a birthday shirt and save money? Did you know your local dollar tree has colors shirts ? Yes! Check out this blog post on how you can create your birthday shirts today!

Things You Will Need:

Lets’s get started…

Print your design onto your T-Shirt Transfer Paper using Avery Template Maker.

Visit Avery Template Maker to create your design. It saves you so much time and it flips the image for you once your design is complete and ready to print. Click the link above and enter your product number found on the bottom right. For the image above the code you would enter is “3275”.

Prepare your work area by laying down a sheet of cardboard. Add a sheet of cardboard inside the shirt while your iron heats up.Prepare your shirt by ironing out any wrinkles and allowing the shirt to heat up before laying stencilThis is the stencil I created for my daughters 1st Birthday. You can apply the stencil just as is or can cut out the extra space. I decided to cut out my design and place each piece. Lay your pieces in the desired area. Begin ironing over your stencil. Moving back and forth. Do NOT hold the iron in one place. Stay at a steady pace for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow your design to cool after ironing. Starting at a corner, begin to peel off the paper to reveal your design. If you notice a corner did not lay completely. Simple cut of any lifted area. Try to avoid picking to prevent it from lifting more.

That simple! Super easy right? I’m glad you enjoyed reading this. Check out more pic-tutorial D.I.Ys.

Until next time…

Be you. Be bold. Be creative.
